SCROLL

I set product direction, raise the quality bar, and stay close enough to craft and code to make the work real.

I never wanted leadership to become an excuse for stopping building.
The best leaders I’ve worked with understood the details well enough to challenge them. That’s the kind of leader I try to be.
I still prototype. I still build AI tools. I still write code when it’s the fastest way to learn. Not because it’s my job, but because staying close to the work makes better decisions at every level.
Over the last 15+ years that’s taken me from defense software to enterprise platforms, streaming products, and AI. The technology keeps changing. The job doesn’t: help teams solve the right problems and build the confidence to solve the next ones without me.

Helping organizations build judgment instead of dependency.

01 / RANGE

My career has moved through mission-critical defense software, agencies and consultancies, banking, telecom, hospitality, retail, streaming, and enterprise AI. That range made me practical: I can work at interface level, but I am usually most useful when the problem is bigger than one screen.

02 / OPERATING LAYER

At senior levels, I help teams build the system around product work: clearer strategy, design systems people use, research that shapes decisions, AI-enabled workflows, visible quality standards, and operating rituals that keep product, design, engineering, QA, and leadership aligned.

03 / NEXT SCOPE

I am focused on senior product and design leadership roles where direction, quality, AI adoption, operating rhythm, and hands-on product judgment need to move together. The best fit is a team with complex problems, high standards, and a real need to turn ambiguity into momentum.

I don’t think leadership is about having the answers. It’s about creating the conditions where good decisions happen without waiting for you. The teams I enjoy building have strong opinions, healthy debate, and enough context to challenge each other. My role is to provide direction, raise the quality bar, and stay close enough to the work to know when we’re solving the wrong problem. I still prototype, experiment, and build because the fastest way to understand a problem is usually to get your hands dirty.

01 / PRODUCT DIRECTION

Find the right problem

Good execution starts with good judgment. I help teams frame problems, make trade-offs visible, and connect customer needs with business outcomes before anyone starts building.

02 / SHARED JUDGMENT

Build decision makers, not decision followers

I don’t want every decision coming through me. I build principles, rituals, and feedback loops so quality becomes something the team owns together.

03 / LEAD BY BUILDING

Stay close to the craft

Stay close enough to research, design, prototyping, code, and delivery to turn strategy into a working product and raise the quality of the details.

AI is changing how we build products. It isn’t changing what good product leadership looks like.
The interesting questions aren’t whether AI can do something. They’re whether it should, how people can trust it, where accountability sits, and how it fits into a real workflow. That’s where I spend my time.
I approach AI the same way I approach every product: start with the problem, stay close to the users, and build something people will actually adopt.

01 / PRACTICAL AI

Move beyond demos

I help teams turn AI from experiments into repeatable product capabilities with clear ownership, measurable value, and practical guardrails.

02 / BUILD TO LEARN

The fastest way to understand AI is to build with it

I build agents, prototypes, workflows, and internal tools because nothing teaches product judgment faster than shipping something yourself.

03 / HUMAN JUDGEMENT

AI should amplify people, not replace them

The best systems make decisions easier, not invisible. I care about transparency, trust, explainability, and keeping humans accountable where it matters.

04 / SUSTAINABLE ADOPTION

Technology is easy. Change is hard.

Successful AI isn’t about prompts. It’s about helping teams change how they work without creating more complexity than they remove.
